The Tops at Spar Wine Show is kicking off its 2017 national tour at Montecasino in Johannesburg this year, as it presents its 12th “pourformance” of South Africa's most loved wines and bubbly. This organic wine has a punchy flavour so it pairs perfectly with heartier dishes such as steak on the bbq, blue cheese or mushroom risotto, which is great as the nights draw in. Exclusive to SPAR and produced in Europe’s leading region for organic vineyards, Castilla La Mancha, this is a wine not to be missed.
